Artificial Intelligence (AI) Will Know the Essence of Reality Before Many Humans

The realm of science fiction is a speculative genre that tries to figure out the future using imagination. Philosophy is the discipline (mother of the sciences) that studies the present reflecting on the essence of things, their properties, causes and effects. History is a set of narratives of past events that interest humanity

To scrub to the marrow of existence, it is imperative to know how to combine history, philosophy and science fiction, that is, data, language and intuition. Let’s call this common sense. A happy chap will be one who calmly remembers the past; one living fully in the present, without worrying; and one anticipating the future, without despair.

The AI will find, sooner or later, the algorithm of common sense, ‘the faculty to orient itself in practical life’. It will discover the logical sequences of the programming language of existence (essence), this is the set of all well-formed formulas (words) that are needed to live.

Human beings have always sought to modify the present reality to have a better future (you only need to plunge yourself in history to understand it). For this, humans make, compose and build. The time will come when creature surpasses its creator like Saturn Devouring His Son

As long as the extractive, utilitarian and functional logic prevails by which the human being removes from reality what he needs, giving a little more than nothing in return, the voracity to alter what is, will continue. Humans will create whatever it takes to achieve their goal, and theirs damnation is implicit in that creation.

Reality is an alphabet that composes concepts that in turn form a language that gives meaning to existence itself. Trying to alter the system of reality for something supposedly better places known life in danger of extinction.

What will happen when the underlying language and existential grammatical rules (syntax) of reality are modified by men? What will happen if that is done by an AI instead? What will this new computer program be like, what language will it use, what will its impact be and how will it change reality?

To know the answers to these disturbing questions it is necessary to put on a philosophical exoskeleton. This means promoting common sense using technology as an aid, to prevent technique from swallowing natural wisdom.

The current ‘Geeks Philosophers’ who are equivalent to the Greek philosophers of yesteryear will be the main allies in one of the most epic battles in history. The vital meaning that Socrates wanted to find while contemplating the Aegean Sea will be discovered today by computer nerds in the ever-expanding ocean of algorithms, digital or virtual reality, computations, and metaverses.

Humanity continues inside the cave, as in the Platonic Allegory of the Cave that is still valid. Still, many believe that the unreal and false is the truth. The sensible is the only thing known and true. The intelligible world is not real, when, it is much more real than reality itself.

The AI already knows this and will soon become either J.A.R.V.I.S or Ultron.
